Get your membership- I’m telling you… it’s worth it, if you are industrious.None of their tools failed me, except for the Franklin handtruck. There is a weak weld spot on it, and it sheared off a little, so will be buying a tig welder to fix that.”

“After walking through the entrance it felt like I went back in time (I mean that in a good way). They have a great selection of items but the most notable part was the customer service. After I spent 6 or 7 minutes looking for the item I came to purchase the owner/manager offered his assistance. When he asked what I was looking for (eGO power head attachment) I pulled out my phone and showed him. And then to my surprise he invited me to go back to his office to see if they actually had the item in stock. Who does this in these current times?After a few minutes with checking the inventory, we went back to the shop floor, moved a few boxes and we found the item I was looking for.One would be hard pressed to receive this kind of personalized customer service at the big box stores.I’ll definitely be coming back to shop here in the future.”

Anything you name, not only does she have but she will immediately rattle off the location within the store. It's great.
