“We went to this location for the first time as visitors to Nazareth PA and we really were impressed with the excellent customer service by Lidia! We purchased affordable cat food and treats and some other items. We really appreciate when staff members make customers feel welcome because it does make a huge difference in the experience.”
“Recently moved and was putting together furniture at night when we realized that the desk we were putting together was missing a very specific sized screw. Ran to this Home Depot veeeery close to closing (which we always feel really bad about) and Char, one of the employees, was very helpful, even that close to closing. She informed us that the screw we were looking for didn’t exist commercially, but to try one of a very similar size (and to come back if it didn’t work). The cashiers and front end staff were also very nice despite the time we were there. Thank you to the Bethlehem Home Depot night staff!!”

“Purchase new lawnmower 05/21/24 from this store was told it would ship to store 05/24/24 long story short came to store 05/28/24 called homedepot corporate assured me 05/24/24 never came came 28th! The store manager Leticia if I spelled that correctly called me and gave me $60 credit bc I had someone cut my grass! Have to say it’s not the stores fault the people working at the Easton store are very helpful very knowledgeable and courteous to myself and my wife since we moved from New Jersey to Easton area! Didn’t ask for this nor did I think I’d get this and this store manager was such a kind person and it’s my go to homedepot store Easton Pa! Thank you so much Easton Homedepot!”

“Very helpful. Returned a broken hose nossel from a month old purchase. No problem returning it. Then I needed something to replace it and was assisted with other options. Whole experience was easy. Thank you. They have a coupon in the AAA quarterly magazine. Nice friendly place.”

“It's just like any other Lowe's. The people seem nice, however, I didn't interact with them much. The item i bought was a few dollars cheaper at home depot, but I know Lowe's has items that are cheaper than home depot.”
