From start to finish, my experience with Kitchen Magic was phenomenal! I've heard so many horror stories, but I'm happy to say that I don't have one. The whole process was handled expertly. The customer service was stellar as was the quality of the work and employees. I love my cabinets and will highly recommend them to all.

My refacing is less than 3 years old and has failed on many doors. They are replacing the doors but are charging over $700 to install them. They obviously do not stand behind their product.

The entire process from initial sales meeting thru the design and drafting process and installation was pleasant and professional. Timing of events was as predicted. Initial design occurred within a week of order placement. The doors and drawers were manufactured within the one month window originally quoted with installation following as soon as schedules allowed.
Installation, quoted as five days or site on site, proceeded smoothly with competent craftsmen performing to the standards expected. The kitchen was closed off from the rest of the house to minimize dust and dirt migration. The work area was cleaned at the end of each day so the kitchen was serviceable as much as possible.
Quality and workmanship was high end and the end product exceeded expectations with a minimal punch list that was handled expeditiously.
Overall, a very high class, professional company that delivers what it promises.
After enjoying our new kitchen for almost a year, the materials are beautiful and easy to maintain. A minor shortcoming is the soft close on the doors. Supposedly, standard design at Kitchen Magic is to install one soft close hinge per door. Others install two soft close per door as once was Kitchen Magic's standard as well. The doors lack the pure soft close action expected. They are dampened as desired but not to the extent we see with other new kitchen installations. I would recommend requesting design include two soft close hinges per each door.

I wouldn’t recommend Kitchen Magic for a kitchen remodel. Besides being extremely overpriced, I don’t feel the quality justifies the price. There also seemed to be a lack of communication when going over the plans for our initial project and what our final result was. The positives were that it was done fairly quickly and I enjoyed the gentleman who did the work.

I had the kitchen remodel that included cabinets,countertop,sink and a stand alone closet.A new exhaust fan and stove and refrigerator were installed.The sub contractors installed new ceiling tiles,lights,electrical outlets and light switches along with repairing,sanding and painting the walls. All work and materials were top quality.Everyone for the salesperson to all office staff and sub contractors should be recognized for their high standard of work. Thank You for giving me a beautiful kitchen located in Moore Township. I recommend Kitchen Magic for your next project !

Do not bother even looking at this company. Their product is garbage!!! They did our kitchen 2 years ago and within one year 4 cabinet doors had to be replaced due to delaminating . Last week they had to replace another 14 cabinet doors and drawers, also due to delaminating. Today another cabinet door has delaminated. This is a frustrating process every time this happens. Having to go through the warranty process over and over is maddening, not to mention having to take off work every time they have to come and replace panels. Save yourself the headache. They are very expensive and though they are willing to keep replacing the failing panels, it’s so not worth all the hassle.

Kitchen Magic did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. The entire process was very smooth and efficient, with many thanks to our project coordinator Leilani. All of the craftsmen were polite and knowledgable, and we couldn't be happier with the end result!

Kitchen Magic did refacing door cabinets for my kitchen it became so beautiful I love it so much I recommend this company to anyone who wants to do the kitchen they are professional responsible I want to thanks the project Coordinator Amy Hillegass was very helpful and all the team from design consultant the measure guy and the carpenter William thank you Kitchen Magic.

This company sucks,poor customer service,I feel bad for the contractors that does all the work for them because they're the ones that have to deal with the customer problems because the company never address the problem just Blain's others n it just never solve the problems I used them to remodel my whole kitchen at the end up our bed missing parts n months later were still waiting, it's way to expensive for just to deal with nonsense problems,I will never use this company again very disappointed with there customer service wish is non-existent.sorry if Im going to this much well I expect better customer service. Well here's the icing on the cake I hadn't had my kitchen for 1 year and it's already showed the poor quality, I have all chips alover our countertops and after I reached out to the company they informed me that I have no warranty on it, what a joke. Do your self a favor and don't use this company, your better off going to home Depot or Lowes you save a ton of money and you end up with a company that's going to stay up for there product.

We got our Kitchen transformation done by Kitchen Magic. The work quality , followups , material quality and cost were excellent. There were couple of acceptable schedule hiccups but considering the magnitude of work, I will like to be considerate.The guys are knowledgeable and know their tasks

So I’m only giving two stars to Kitchen Magic, which could change if they do the right thing. Out of 14 cabinet doors with soft close hinges so they don’t bounce and make noise and slam 12 work perfectly - two do not. I’ve been back-and-forth and back-and-forth for a couple hours now with Kitchen Magic to ask them to remedy these two doors. And I keep getting excuse after excuse after excuse. So how come the other 12 work perfect? ??? do the right thing Kitchen Magic and fix these doors and make your customer happy. 20 K for 4 x 8 kitchen is nothing to sneeze at.
