I've had Fulton Bank ever since it was Lafayette Ambassador Bank and I've never had any issues with them. Great employees at the Nazareth location and also the 25th St location. Their customer service has always been great too if I ever had to call for something.

Just like the other reviewer mentioned. I'm the only one in the drive-thru and have been sitting here for a LONG time with no one acknowledging that they'll be with me momentarily. They also will not break a $100 or any form of Cash transaction if you don't have an account with them. Absolutely absurd. The girl was also very unfriendly and rude the last time I was here. Update, over 10 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru ?

Always a wait at the drive thru, I was the only one there.
I waited over 5 minutes no one came to the screen, ended up hitting the call button and was told they had a customer inside.
15 minutes later , I had what I needed and left. Using the Mac machine wasn't an option for this transaction. I guess they have staffing issues .

Closed account (from out of state) and they sent us cashier's checks with THE WRONG LAST NAME on them. Great job Terra (sarcasm). How hard is it to put the correct last name on a check? When I called she was unapologetic and offered that I should just take the invalid checks to the local bank because, "these things just happen". Really?!? Apparently that is par for the course (her opinion) for Fulton Bank Nazareth, PA Branch.

Would give - stars if could. Horrible customer service. I have had accounts here for years and my family does as well. Women told me she didn’t have the time to help me with online banking and could not transfer me to a branch for help. I have worked at a bank for years and never would treat my customers like this.
