I wish there was a zero review. I've been mailing to my son and 3 times in the last 2 years he never got his mail and it was never returned to me. I mailed again over 10 days ago and it is still not delivered. Why would it take more than 10 days from Philadelphia to Nazareth? I called last year about this issue and no one answered the phone. I called many times, no answer. This is the worst Post Office in the Lehigh Valley.

Easy in and easy out. I only dropped off a letter this trip. No line, no issues. Parking can be difficult at the Nazareth location.

Got a package for an old tenant delivered, my husband tried to return it and the staff were incredibly rude about it, as we did not notice it was a FedEx package. “Well I don’t know what makes you think that’s our problem,” the woman said to my husband. He also said they were cheerful and nice to the people in front of him in line.

The employees at the Nazareth location are always helpful. Even if you get there at lunchtime or before a holiday, the line always moves fast. My mail carrier is pretty great too.

We regularly receive other peoples' mail and suspect other people get our mail, as well. I was waiting on a certified mail piece and the mailperson didn't even attempt delivery, just left the failed mail attempt card in the mailbox.

Why does your website state your location does walk-in passport service, but when I arrived I was told I had to make an appointment?

Went to get my passport , as the website clearly states “walk in hours 10am-11am” and the people who worked there had no idea and were rude. Definitely recommend not going here.

I love this post office. It is old and quaint, and full of history. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. I hope it's around for a long time.

I wish I was able to leave this post office with 0 stars due to the terrible customer service. I went to redo my fingerprinting for the FBI summary check since I got a rejection letter since my fingerprints were not done correctly the first time in this same post office. Not only that I had to wait so long to finally get called in, the man with the glasses who was doing the service gave me the WORST attitude when my left hand was having a difficult time printing. I did not want to spend another 50 dollars from having an improper print again but he was extremely disrespectful towards me and almost wanted to completely stop from giving me the service.

A really beautiful Post Office in a lovely location within close proximity to Center Square! The frontdesk staff were super enthusiastic & full of smiles! The Office was clean and easy to navigate!

I got my passport at this post office without any problems in 2020 before the pandemic started. I was nervous when I arrived, never having been there, but everyone was very friendly and helped me through the process. Last Friday, I walked to the post office with a thick envelope of paperwork which I couldn’t fit in my apartment building’s outgoing mail slot and I also wanted to make sure I had put enough stamps on it. The woman at the counter was very polite (I was again feeling clueless as to how to approach someone at the post office and ask for something-there’s a pattern here) and weighed the envelope for me as I held my breath and she then assured me I had enough postage on it and mailed it for me. I received a call immediately after the weekend from the place I mailed it to, so they got it to the destination quickly, which was greatly appreciated. I love my mailman, Dwayne (hope I spelled that right, he told me more than once before!) and will always appreciate his hard work and kindness, his positive attitude.
