The experience , I had this morning ! I wouldn’t have wished it on anybody . The customer service at this place sucks ! If I could put ZERO stars I would !!!! HIRE PEOPLE WITH A BETTER ATTITUDE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE , what happened to customer is always right , and helping or ACTUALLY DOING YOURE JOB THAT YOU GET PAID TO DO . DO BETTER ON THE HELP YOU GUYS HIRE - 2 LADIES IN THE FRONT REGISTER CHECKING OUT THIS MORNING HAD ME RUNNING OUT SO QUICK I DIDNT CATCH THEIR NAMES SADLY I WOULD Have WARN EVERYBODY ABOUT THEM ESPECIALLY. Horrible . Won’t be coming back to this place again .

Boyfriend made a quick stop to put gas before we headed to the airport. He recommended I try the coffee and grab a snack before I headed back to California. The coffee was very tasty!!

You wait and wait and wait for your food. They don’t put the items in proper bags. The containers are all slopped up and messy with food so you get it all over your hands and your car. Training must not be great here.

The Sizzlis consistently are not properly restocked in the morning. I've been told 3 times to go and ask for a sandwich to be made- which takes 15 minutes, when they should be available until 11am.
If this is a Staffing issue, please resolve it. I can no longer rely on this location to provide what they promise.

This Wawa claims to sell ethanol-free gas. They have ethanol-free gas pumps. Problem is, they never have the gas - they don't work. Twice I've made the trip over there, no luck. Go inside and ask the staff, they don't have a clue. You can't depend on this place, don't waste your time like I did. (By the way, the one just down the road from here didn't have it either).

Was at the new one on 191 in Nazareth... ordered at the counter... 2 sandwiches... waited...got other stuff... waited (I had 1 other person ahead) waited. Person from behind the counter finally ask what number I was waiting on....gave the number... it's been done... we never called because it wasn't prepaid for. ?????I ordered from your counter and got other items including coffee. If it was on the app I would've prepaid.... still not understanding. I asked if they took money back at the deli. No..... ???? Still a little confused. That's okay you can pay at the counter.... yes I know. ??

Too many employees on their phones while customers are around. Just looks bad. Also missed my fries. Not a big deal but im trying to get in and out.

I literally saw them making the French fries and not once. Not once! Did I see them smile. The fries were amazing, deliciously crisp, plentiful but please don’t lie.Please make my fries with a smile please. Thank you! ☺️Oh and the cheese saw was amazing.

I LOVE this Wawa. The food is always bussin and the employees are always kind to me. They get the orders out quickly and the store is clean. Hands down best Wawa in the area.

Went in to pick up an online order, but my phone had not sent the order correctly. Yet as soon as I went to the counter, 3 amazing young ladies, Danielle, Asha , and Jess were soooo incredibly helpful and sweet! I was amazed at how much professionalism and grace they display. I knew my order was gunna be amazing too when a young girl named Kaitlyn was making it. She was so friendly, and quick to pack up my food. Definitely look forward to coming back! Miss Jackie , the manager, should be very proud of her girls!
