“If you have a European car you shouldn’t go anywhere else. When the Mercedes Benz dealership in Lehigh Valley fixed a recall on my car they also damaged my air compressor, so i obviously wasn’t going to bring my car back there. I’ve never had such quick and efficient work done with any mechanic especially with such a big job. Very honest and worth every penny”
“I stopped by mavis tire at the westgate mall today because I saw drips on the cart port and asked if they could please check my fluids and tire pressure . They were very nice and took care of me right away
The manager and technicians wee very nice and knowledgeable I recently had an oil pan and transmission hose replaced and thought it could be one of those
They examined the car meticulously finding a hose clamp missing from the hose of the power steering pump. This gave me great peace of mind as I was scared it could be an engine seal or head gasket

“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.”
“I had a great experience at Koch 33 Volkswagen Mazda in Easton, PA. My salesperson, Jonathan Cofre, was outstanding, very transparent, honest, communicative, and hardworking. He was patient and friendly with me and my family as we explored the 2024 VW Atlas SEL Peak Edition. We drove up twice after work, over an hour each way, and every time the car was freshly washed and ready for a test drive.
When I had concerns, Jonathan immediately addressed them with his manager and the body shop, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. His managers, Ted and Rich, as well as John in Finance, were also excellent to work with, pleasant, professional, and honest when it came to the deal and paperwork.
Jonathan even stayed very late after the deal, close to 10 p.m., to make sure we transferred everything out of our old car and left safely. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and family-friendly with a play area for kids. Overall, I felt very well taken care of.
