The service is personal yet professional, I have never witnessed anyone being treated without the utmost respect and consideration. They go above and beyond, especially considering that they are sometimes understaffed and rushed beyond what you'd expect for a smaller zip code area. With many locals shipping large amounts for online sales, they often are overloaded yet remain calm and always with a smile and caring.”
“I get some mail for an event that ended days b4 and some shedded. Literally like it went thru a real shredding machine and the license was unreadable. One time they claimed the package was delivered then after many phone calls they found it in the back 3 days later. Never happened in the decades b4 I moved here. Several times a year for years now. 4 stars because the other 95 percent make it.”
