Bobby Hart installed a muzzle brake on my Tikka, mounted the scope, & sighted the rife in. I was also able to attend part of his shooting instruction course, & learned a great deal.
He’s a good guy, & an honest old breed gunsmith, with a true understanding of ballistics & metal work.
