If you’re looking for a company who hires staff that is incapable of delivering decent customer service and is incapable of responding to customer satisfaction surveys look no further than DALRT. Not once, not twice but now several times has their Grove city location served half coffees and other countless issues with drinks that their employees refused to fix or “fixed” while yelling and rolling their eyes at me or my husband. We’ve been directed to fill out the survey on the mobile app regarding the store and have. We’ve even gone so far as requesting to be contacted on the survey. Most recent being 10/6 and today is 10/18 and still not even a chirp from DALRT. Clearly this company is ran by greed and doesn’t care about the community it serves as long as they can continue to deliver subpar service and make a profit delivering goods that aren’t worthy of the price tag. If I could give DALRT zeros stars I would. Don’t bother giving the illusion you care and will actually respond to customer feedback if you’re going to ignore it anyways.

This is the corporate office for the family owned business behind the Dunkin’ locations in New Castle, Grove City, Meadville, Edinboro and Erie. This is the corporate office, so they don’t have donuts on-site. Head down the road a few miles for your Dunkin’ order.

The last 2 times I was there I was very disappointed...I ordered a brown sugar sweet cream cold brew both times and once I got pumpkin and the second time I got a cold brew with sweet cream and no flavor. I guess I better just give up.

Love these people!!! Awesome people to work for!! They aren’t cheap, they buy great products in which makes their coffee and donuts simply amazing!!
