I recently had an accident where my car was totaled. Debbie in the front office was so kind and helpful. She removed my plates and reminded me to take my garage door opening. She is a kind, helpful and thoughtful person.

7/15/24 picked my car. I'm not at least impressed by the work done. I'm totally disappointed. The bumper color does not match the rest of the car. The corners of the bumper do not line up with the fenders. But it was ok to sign out as finished. No one took responsibility to inspect the vehicle after it was done. I was told by one of their employee. A really nice, fellow. It's because the bumper is plastic, and it will not match the rest of the car. I said to him: " How come the car manufacturer can get it to match?" Then he compared it to the fender that is dull because it doesn't have the same gloss that the rest of the color of the newly restored body parts painted. Instead of questioning the technician, he failed to follow up. The color paint code is not the same, or it was mixed wrong. Unfortunately, the technician that worked on the car has already left. The office people are super nice. Is a shame their no quality control person in charge. I really believe if this was their own personal car, they would not accept it. I'm too busy to keep losing time from work to leave the car there in the same hands as the person who did the work badly from the beginning. I'm so mad. I wish I could afford to have it fix someplace else. Pictures ? available

This company does excellent work, and truly takes pride and what they do. The receptionist is very kind, very friendly, and will answer questions if you have them. How we recommended if you do need bodywork done to your vehicle.

Absolutely outstanding service! They are highly skilled and experts in collision repair. They were recommended by our insurance company. They exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication and frequent updates during the repair process. They finished several days early and provided us 1 year road hazzard service at no extra charge. Our Toyota looks and runs like new. I highly recommend Kovatch Collision Center.

Terrible didn't start work on my car for over a month and a half. Took 2 months to order parts they said they ordered before working on the car. And then kept pushing the finish date of day by day ignoring phone calls. Wouldn't recommend to anyone in a hurry to get their car fixed.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a deer on the road one night and my insurance company directed me to Kovatch. First off, I need to mention that Debbie that works the counter is a saint. She greeted me, asked me how I was doing after the encounter and provided reassurance. She got everything in order quickly and even took care of calling enterprise for me and She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire repair process. The car repair was a large job but completed quickly despite the recent nationwide delays in car parts. Communication was excellent.
