Very well organized, great guides and staff. Clean facilities. We had a great time. The only thing that made it less than five stars for me were the number of other participants who just had no idea what they were doing or what they were getting themselves into to. This resulted in us having to stop and wait numerous times while people are spinning out of control, not paddling, going down the river backwards, etc. I’d say the time spent waiting around was a drag, but we still had a great time and I understand it’s a large group with various skill levels. The guides are incredibly patient, God bless them honestly. Not sure if they have a more serious trip we could have booked instead for people who are experienced on the river.

We were a group of 6 people. Had an amazing time with unforgettable memories. “”Brant”” was our trainer, he is very knowledgeable and patient. Our boat got stuck multiple times and he was very helpful the entire time. He made sure we all were safe. Whenever anyones boat got stuck we didn’t even had to call anyone, he had eyes on all groups and immediately approached the group and helped them. Definitely recommend him as your trainer.

The rafting adventure trip on Aug. 23rd was nice. The weather was perfect- Mitch, who gave the pre rafting instructions was very helpful before and during the trip.
The other guides with helmets in front of us really did a poor job directing us. mainly just talked to each other with no clear directions to the group on what to stay clear of. Mitch actually had to tell them to get back in there kayaks.
I would recommend this rafting trip but the guides need to stay more focused on the rafts. thank you Mitch for getting 2 of our passengers back in the raft. This could of been avoided if the front guides had pointed out the rocks instead of being 100 ft ahead of the group

We are a family with three little kids. We love this place and had a lot of fun.
Everything is very well organized, they will provide a lot of instructions before heading to the river. Meanwhile, there will be at least three people going along the group the entire time to make sure everything goes smoothly and offer you the help needed at the first place.
We purchased the package with lunch in the middle of the rafting. Hot dogs, lemonade, water, apple, potato salad will be offered. At the end of the day, you can purchase S’more, chicken tenders, fries, burger and a drink in their cafeteria. All in good price, not crazily expensive like some waterpark.
We will come back next year for a more challenging experience.

Definitely recommend! It was important for us how safe the river rafting would be for children and we were not disappointed. It was safe and we got a lot of emotions. Thank you very much. (Don't expect anything special from lunch)

The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and included hot showers and a cafe for after your experience. We chose the dam-release whitewater with class II and III rapids. They’re great for beginners who want something more than a float downriver. If you’re experienced and want a challenging adventure, you’ll probably want a different river. If you want a more calm but fun float on the river, go on a regular (not dam-release) day. I’ve tried one of the other companies on this river, and I liked this one better. The river is the same beautiful, family-friendly experience. The staff and facilities make the difference.

Loads of fun! Great guides and a little rain made it all the more thrilling. It takes a while to bus over so keep that in mind when planning. Ours whole trip was 1030-330pm roughly.

Go anywhere but here. Their groupon is misleading. You must call to schedule and then they hit you with you must pay an additional $8 fee per person the Groupon they claim is for the slow one not the rapids. When purchasing it gives you an option for week day or weekend for higher price which is what I purchased. I spoke with the owner who had the nerve to say Groupon has allowed them to do this for 8 years. It gets better. My children came back from the trip stating they had to save their guide and they had to ride with the heavy medical equipment in their raft that knocked around. How about you hire someone to travel with the medical equipment instead of paying customers. I need to find the one we did the prior year this one was trash and shame on Groupon for allowing this I can’t be the first person to complain. You’ve been warned.

We are on an easy tour, so it is not so rafty. It could be more fun if it is a bit bumpy:) But they are nice and friendly. We had good time there. Some of the guides are super nice friendly, some are confusing.

Experience was fantastic. Staff from start to finish (booking to calling after for help with an issue) was just top notch. Everyone was friendly and hugely accommodating. The guides gave clear safety instructions and looked out for all riders in the group, ensuring a safe and great experience for all. Young guides were highly professional but also made it fun.
