S&T Bank has the best Fraud Detection Department for your Visa Debit card. You will need them. Of all of my previous banking experiences, I could never boast that my Visa Debit card was so easily hacked while purchasing items from the same locations. I'm guessing the Fraud Detection Department's annual budget prevents a "Fraud Prevention" department.
