We purchased a new awning last year. The awning was measured incorrectly. Mark stated they would fix it over the winter when it was stored. This spring, Conservation Concepts came out to my home to install the "corrected" awning. It had been sewn incorrectly! When I called to let Mark know there was an issue, he stated his installers sent him pictures. When I pressed him about correcting the awning, he stated he would call the fabricator. When I called him back after three weeks, Mark let me know that the fabricator stated they would not make me a new awning. When I asked Mark what he was going to do for us, he had no answer. I continued to call Mark and ask how he was going to correct the awning, he would not call me back. The only person at this company that has integrity is the office person, Lisa. I told Lisa that if I didn't hear from Mark, I was going to litigate. Mark finally returned my call, and after three months, he told me he would come out to my home to look at the awning. When Mark arrived to look at the awning, he again asked to fix it over the winter. I told him that I wanted a new awning, to which he stated the fabricator could fix it and that the third time is a charm. We turned it over to our attorney. Our attorney had spoken with Mark and we decided to allow the fabricator to come and collect the awning and take it back to fix it. Conservation Concepts had the fabricator come to my home and took measurements of the awning I was replacing. A week later the fabricator came back with my awning that looks RIDICULOUS! I would NEVER do business with this company or their fabricator! They cannot measure correctly, they do not call you back, the owner Mark has no integrity and will hide if you have an issue. It took over a year for me to get anything resolved. I would never recommend this company.
