The market is great place with most excellent bacon, exceptional cuts of beef, fresh tasting meats and ribeyes. Friendly guys there always get locally grown and processed products, locally grown chicken salad is absolutely amazing. Guys purchase more fresh products, not like larger chain grocery stores, and who knows where the stuff comes from. Local market has good fresh meats is always good.
They really know how to smoke their meats!!!! Literally the best bacon I've ever had, I buy 2 pounds a week and it's never enough 🙃

We love coming up from East Tennessee. I grew up in New Bloomfield and return annually for scrapple, smoked sausage. Definitely old-school butcher shop.
