“This garage is exceptional. We have used them numerous times for their towing services. The receptionist is always friendly, competent, and prompt in dispatching an employee to your location, who, I might add, are also always friendly, professional, and competent. Their prices are extremely more affordable than other garages in the area. I was especially pleased with them on one instance when my vehicle was stuck in the mud; a worker arrived quickly, freed my car in what seemed like seconds, and then proceeded to only charge me half of the standard price. I was able to make it to my destination not only on time, but with a little extra money in my pocket. If I wasn't so fiercely loyal to my mechanic, I would also use Bachman's for my other automotive needs, such as oil changes and major repairs. You can't go wrong with these guys.”

He also actually takes into consideration what I say is going on and doesn't just dismiss it. It feels nice to have a mechanic treat me like a human with a brain.”

“This is one of the best companies ever. You don't see the professionalism like this these days. They were here in a timely manner. And called when they thought they'd be late. But they were not. They changed my tire and spoke to me about other issues pertaining to that tire. I will call on this company again when I need service. Thanks you guys for being such a great company. Five stars.”
“I inherited a 1970 Jaguar from my mom. It was originally my uncle's car and he had parked it 25 years ago and stopped driving it. We have no idea why it was parked, or if it would even run. I had a local specialist work on the car, and verified that the engine was free, and would start - but the car would not run on its own power. I searched for multiple restoration/specialty shops and most if not all had a 2 year waiting list. One of the shops recommended Boffo Motors and I reached out to them. They too had a wait list as well, and my original goal was to at least be able to drive the car in and out of my garage or on/off a trailer on its own power. Having never seen the car run on its own power - I was so impressed with their work, I asked them to go over the car and make it road-ready. They did that and more, keeping me updated, sending my videos etc. I can't describe the feeling of driving a car for the first time. If you own a older Jaguar, you know the challenges, trying to find people to service, work on them and of course be able to locate parts. These guys are passionate about old cars, and keeping them on the road. Totally 5 out of 5 Stars!”

“I ran over something on 376 and popped a tire. Changed the flat and the spare was leaking. Went to Brighton fire and they filled my spare, checked all my tires and patched the one that needed it without making me purchase new tires. They were quick and easy and they didn’t rip me off because I’m a single woman, which other stores have tried to in the past. I love this place!”

“We had to “retire” our old Jeep, and they made it simple and painless. Gave us a few hundred bucks to boot. Very fair. While there, I asked about a part for our “new used” car, and, while I didn’t have time to straighten it out, they stated that when I was ready, to give them a call, and they’d comb their inventory and let me know if they have what I need. I’ll be giving them a call, and hopefully some business, in a few weeks. Recommended.”

“They were who showed up to tow my van off when it got totaled in an accident. They were kind and helpful, gave me time to get things I needed out of the van and let my daughter sit in the tow truck to get out of the rain. They made the insurance company wait half a day so I could get down to the wrecker yard to get the rest of my stuff out of the van. I've never had anyone who didn't know me stand up to the insurance company for me before. They even offered to help me gather my stuff up, and gave me the name of a trustworthy local rebuilder, which I had been looking for for years. Having somebody plow into your car at a stop light is never a good thing. But Mr. Sullivan turned a disaster into a case of every cloud having a silver lining.”
