Called for information and the owner was rude to me right off the bat. Was insulting, claiming that I would need more space than I asked for a price on, and implied that I was prank calling him because I insisted that I only wanted to know about the 5x10.

It's a self storage facility, not a customer service help line. I think the guy has to deal with a wide... range of the public and sometimes get frustrated. Anyway, you get what you pay for and I've never had any major issues with working with them.

OMG! I just spoke to the owner looking to rent a space. He is by far the most despicable man ever! He also belittled my degree going on to tell me about his PhD and that he has several locations so he must be doing something right. All I was doing was trying to store my junk for a year. I hope Karma is real and this guy gets what he truly deserves.

I called to obtain a storage unit and the man who answered my call was extremely abrasive and rude....and even hung up on me when I asked (well, attempted to) if I could call back in a few minutes to schedule an appointment. I took my money elsewhere based solely on that initial call.

Literally just just got off the phone with this guy. One of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Have fun with a failing business. Nice reviews/ratings by the way.

This is a very extremely rude man very unprofessional units are extremely unkept and rats all over the place I have pictures of rat feces on my furniture, when I called to ask about what was he was going to do about it he wouldn't even give me his name. I wouldn't give this place at the time of day at this point to someone else rented our storage unit for us because we were in Wisconsin for prior military and we've never had any issues this bad in our entire history of moving all over the United States strongly recommend that no one use this business! I am 7 months pregnant and I have no other option than to leave the furniture here that has rat urine and poo on it for the safety of my children. This man has no couth and no understanding of what it means to be a businessman with integrity and honor, he is definitely top of the slumlord list I feel sorry for anyone who rents from him at this point he definitely takes advantage of those in a tight bind it's worth it to go to other places even if its 20 or more extra a month this man's place is horrible and he is a horrible person!

Called for information and pricing. He was rude, very unprofessional and told me not to waste his time and then hung up on me. So thank you dear sir. I will not be wasting your time or my money. I went down the road to Affordable Storage where service is excellent and they treat their customers with respect.

I am not able to call during the week due to school and work. I have tried calling several Saturdays in a row to make a payment, and Mr. Blake will not answer his phone. He also does not have the voice mail on, so I cannot leave a message for him. I have been trying to make a payment, and I have not been able to do so. Now, there is a lock on my storage for non-payment, and I will have to pay $10 extra for a late charge, when it is not my fault I cannot get a hold of him. I also want to close out my storage as to eliminate that bill while I am in school, and because I can't get a hold of him, I can't do that either. I have no way to get a hold of him to rectify this situation. I do not want to loose all of my belongings, either. I think that this is very poor customer service, and I shouldn't have to pay late fees for it.
