“The UPS Hatfield store has the best customer service consistently ,I have ever received anywhere. Friendly, professional helpful.A particular employee, Noah,always goes beyond expectations! I was so impressed he actually remembered my name,despite me not going there on a regular basis. “UPS Store is the best with great employees! I had a Huge cabinet to return to Amazon & William helped get it from my car to inside the store & bolstered up my packaging. He was a great help. Nisa was also a big help because another one of my returns wouldn't fit back in the original packaging & Nisa got it to fit.
Both William & Nisa were professional, knowledgeable, polite & helpful- they are a great representative for UPS & any business.

The price was a bit surprising (let’s blame the tarrifs ?) but outstanding delivery. Extra fees were for individual wrapping/separation. Shipped a box worth of 1000$ but all pieces were successfully delivered. No leaking or damage reported. My sister is very happy.”

“On South York Road in Hatboro, north of Mooreland Ave, and five 5) store fronts south of Produce Junction is the UPS Store and County Line Pharmacy rolled into one. They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards.There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.”

“The older man who I think runs the place is very nice and when he’s around the service is super friendly and fast. Since my last review the staff have improved. The people who work there are nice. Returning Amazon packages here is a breeze and to get receipt is very quick and convenient (because Amazon messes up sometimes). Notary service good when the man is there, Never saw notary do that before. Mostly always a Very pleasant place to take care of package sending, returns, and to get notary service. They do everything with mailing, packing, copying etc. Very convenient location, lots of close by parking for a quick transaction and other stores nearby to do errands in that center.”
