Great experience from beginning to end. A lot of companies will promise you everything from the start and flake out, but Phase 4 delivered the entire job. They were accommodating, clean and got the work done on time. This was not an easy job and they handled it with professionalism and expertise.

Phase4 is what contractors should be. They performed a whole house renovation and some small repairs for me and I couldn’t be happier. They were quick, affordable and reliable. Matt, Ed and Billy were all very responsive and even made sure to reach out to me to let me know the game plan without having to hassle them. All of the work performed was top notch and I will be sure to use them again.

I am very happy with the roof job Phase4 did for me. I needed a full replacement due to 1963 ply was deteriorated beyond salvage and the crew was still able to pull off the replacement in one day, nearly 90 sheets of ply later! They did quality work. The GAF shingle product they use is top notch and installed to spec to meet their good warranty - better than mere tar paper. 15 mo -0% financing is also very helpful. Thank you Phase4.

Phase 4 completed a new composite deck for us just recently. The project turned out great. The crew was respectful and timing was perfect. If you are worried about finding a trustworthy contractor, I would highly recommend Phase 4 for your needs.

When we bought our newly constructed house in April 2020, at the height of the pandemic, it needed many things, including a deck, a pavilion, a fire pit, and other items. We already had great experience with Phase 4, which replaced the siding on our old house and did a fantastic job then, so we decided to hire them again for these projects on our new home. Again, they delivered a fantastic job. All the structures are very strong and well built, plus they are gorgeous. The pavilion is absolutely beautiful. All of the towship inspections went through quickly and smoothly which is also a testament to the quality of their work. I strongly recommend Phase 4 and would hire them again without hesitation.

Phase 4 is an excellent company top to bottom. Jim and his team came in and built our beautiful dream deck at our home. These guys are super efficient and detail oriented. Our neighbors are all asking who did the work. Thank you Phase 4 great work!

We had our roof replaced with our next door neighbor In Stover Mill. I have to say we were impressed. They had both done in less than 1 day. Would recommend again!I would recommend anyone getting a roof to put tarps on stuff in your attic. I thought I had a tarp to cover the day before the came out, but didn't have one. Most everything was in bags/bins, but tarps would make cleanup faster.
