Very friendly staff. Needed to ship a few fragile items for holiday and honestly, I was concerned about them breaking but they did a phenomenal job and the packages arrived to its destination in perfect condition.

Super helpful and friendly! I needed a pre-paid label with unusual shipping instructions for a government agency. It didn’t fit the usual mold, but they walked me through the steps on their computer and got me what I needed. Highly recommend!

I came in first thing on a Sunday morning needing to make prints and the program I used was not converting properly. Neel was amazing and patient and did not give up until he found a solution even when I told him not to worry about it, that I would go home and fix it and come back. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to any and everyone for all of their printing, packaging and shipping needs!

I had an annoying issue that was my own fault and the people who helped me at this store went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I’m being vague about the issue bc I don’t want anyone else to go to them with the same annoying problem that I just did. I mean they will handle it but still. No one should be like me in this situation.

Usually they are great to deal with. I received an email approx 6 weeks after dropping off an amazon return that my return never arrived. When i went into the store the employee was unable to help, telling me i need to deal with Amazon direct. They had nothing to do with it although they did have record of me dropping it off there, not their problem. Then the employee accused me of in fact not returning the item and trying to scam/ stealing from them since i was wearing a similar hat to the returned item. I did in fact order 2 similar hats and kept the one that fit better. It's been a long time since i was treated that rudely in any kind of customer service situation.
