This post office is in my neighborhood and I try to avoid it at all times because of customer service. The man who works here has always made me feel inferior when I am mailing something. Today was no different. He gave me a five minute talk about how if I mail my passport renewal in my brown envelope it will get stolen and I will be a victim of identity theft, which was useful information, but the delivery of it made me feel so small and ignorant. It took a while for him to tell me the best way to mail it with tracking. My husband will go into this post office and never has he been treated as inferior. I left that post office in tears and I will never go back.

The old guy working at the post office decided I was the poor sole that was going to listen to his rant on how I was using the wrong package for the label. I informed him that way the label I was given and that was the box I was told to use by ebay. He then proceeded to inform me that in his previous job he would have not accepted to mail it but now he doesn't say anything to anyone. I then asked him why he decided to mail the package since it had the wrong label and he told me that's not my job. Me thinking in my head "if that's not your job and you don't say anything then why do you care enough to stop me and bully me about it" I asked him maybe the post office should inform ebay that they are giving the wrong information to people. He said well nothing gets done unless it starts from the bottom. I agreed with him and said it might be helpful if you informed your boss about this problem. He then said "well you see, I'm just a postal worker and there's no way that ebay could be giving the wrong information." I asked him how he knew that and his response was "because I've been working at the post office for over 15 years". Again thinking in my head how working at the post office correlates to working at ebay. Just all around a rude person who apparently hates the world. Dude needs to get laid.

I love our local post office. Greg is always kind, helpful and he is so sweet with my daughter. I read through some of the comments and I don’t understand why there is so much negativity being directed at him. Maybe this area is just filled with racists and people who hold their nose up to highly. Honestly I feel like we are lucky to have this post office and lucky to have Greg. The post office in Doyelstown may have longer hours, but this location is being ran by 1 person, and I think he does an awesome job.

Greg is always 100% polite, kind, and efficient at what he does. I think he's mis understood by customers because people can be profoundly rude and make demands that are unreasonable, and he pushes back when people treat him rudely. Humans deserve to be treated with respect, and it goes both ways. I am SO grateful we have this little post office in New Britain so we don't have to go to the 20x busier Doylestown PO. Keep on being you, Greg.

The Guy behind the counter has been beyond rude every time I have gone in. He sits in his chair an refuses to even extend his arms out to handle the mail, forcing me to reach over the counter. It is every time. He also makes in unprovoked inappropriate comments. I drive the extra two miles instead of the 2 blocks to get the excellent service that USPS has given me for over 5 decades. This guy needs to be fired !

I am located in the offices directly across the street from this office and every time I go in there I have to put up with this guys attitude. It starts instantly and just gets worse every time, on top of that I watch as he gives the same attitude to other customers, there's got to be something we can do to replace this clown, from now on I will be recording (audio and video) not just all my interactions with him but the way he treats everyone. Normally I don't bother with reviews or bad customer service, but I'm so sick of this guy and his mouth if I don't get him replaced I'm going to end up in jail!
