Tried to return living room set and they would not take it back because of dog hair. Stepdaughter paid off her washer and dryer, then the washer broke she called they came out to look at it and she never heard back from them. Will never use this store again. I rented from other Aaron's store since 2018 and never had a problem. This store doesn't even deserve one star.

God bless this location, my sister recently had a stroke and has had a lot of bumps in the road. With everything, I’ve been kinda all over the place, but this location specifically has made whatever’s needed to happen happen for me. Moe is the kindest person I’ve spoke to at Aarons in general. And I recommend that if you’re in the general area to go to this location, the people and staff make everything so easy for you! I appreciate everything this company has done for me! Happy holidays :)

Went through 3 tvs before I actually got the one I was paying for. There furniture is poorly built as well. Haven’t been back there in years. Felt taken advantage of every time.

We were customers of this place for many years when Jeff was the manager bought 20 different things never had a problem everyone so pleasant great customer service. Recently got a living room suite for a penny the first month and 143 a month. A month later rude individuals knocking at my door wanting a payment of over 300.00 please explain that one. Very rude from Manager down. Will never deal with this company ever again don't recommend them to anyone. If you are going to deal with the public you better try to be a little more pleasant, especially this day in age. Wow really shocked . Jeff was the best manager ever.
