I was so satisfied with Tyler that helped me. Steve B did not help me. Anyways Tyler was very knowledgeable about all the.products AT&T offers. He set me up with a new phone and a new Samsung Watch with some necessary accessories. AT&T should be proud to know that employees like Tyler at the New Castle PA store are going above and beyond keeping customers satisfied. Thank's Tyler I will be letting people know to come see you for there cellular needs.

Cindy was great! I’ve been a customer for years and this was the best customer service I’ve ever had. Candy took her time to explain everything to me and got me a great deal. I’ve always had an android and was switching to an I Phone. She walked me through the process, which was a great help. Cindy has a great personality not like previous employees I’ve dealt with at the New Castle pa AT&T. Definitely a great asset to the store! I was there Saturday May 18th, 2024.

Mark was extremely helpful at a time when I felt helpless because my main line of communication was disabled. He was able to resort my service in a few short minutes with no pressure or anxiety. His help was exceptionally and his professionalism commendable.
