“Old school body shop. I don' think he takes insurance. I did a cash job with him. I had him color match some tow mirror covers for me truck. He writes your contact info down on a sheet of notebook paper. I had to stop in 2 times to check on the progress. Overall it took about 5 weeks. First visit he forgot about no big deal. Second time he painted the tow mirror covers but lost my contact info. The tow mirrors covers came out great. I'll give them another try in the future.”
“I hit a deer with my car and it needed towed, and it went to Nicks Auto in New Castle. Customer service/front desk was amazing and so nice. I got updates during the repair. My car was done a few days sooner than anticipated, much appreciated! Nicks did a great job and would highly recommend!”

“Preston was the only dealership within 200 miles that had an available 4Runner in the color and model I wanted. I inquired online and Ty contacted me right away. Living 3 hours away, Ty gave me all the instructions/guidance to get the loan started over the phone to secure the 4Runner before driving all that way. He was in constant contact throughout the day. Once I got to the dealership the next day, all I had to do was the financial paperwork and I was all set. “This Napa location always helps customers! I usually use the gold filters for oil changes. They didn’t have any in stock. They told me the next nearest Napa and then when I said I didn’t want to drive that far they gave me an alternative option that was the same oil filter essentially and was cheaper.”
“Updated from 1 star to 5, thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service I just experienced from Carri today! She went over & above assisting me. I was unable to enter store to pick up my order. Not only did she bring order out to me curbside, but whilst filling my fluid she noticed another issue- She notified me of issue, searched inventory- found the part I needed, handled the transaction & replaced part all within a few minutes. THANK YOU Carri for caring about your customers, this will be my go-to spot from now on instead of Advanced Auto. And thank you Auto Zone, for hiring way better employees since my prior review so long ago.”

“On 3-21-24 I was driving home to Sharon Pa noticed my front headlight bulb was out. I got off the highway and went to Advance Auto and purchased a bulb. ANGELA WAS FANTASTIC! She was so FRIENDLY EFFICIENT AND JUST OVERALL AWESOME! She rang up my purchase and even went outside in the rain and changed the bulb for me. Both of the ladies working last night (3-22-24) were so friendly and very knowledgeable! Kudos to these two ladies! If Management is reading this just know you have 2 fantastic employees in those two ladies ??? I will definitely make the drive from Sharon to New Castle to go to this store…….the customer service I receive from these 2 ladies is worth the extra miles down the highway! THANK YOU ANGELA AND COWORKER”

“I had a great experience! Walmart auto center was super nice and respectful. I was able to schedule a tire installation quick and easily, they got me in the next day and on a holiday at that! Only an hour and a half wait for all 4 new tires and I was able to watch the process as well as receive texts of what they were doing and when my car was ready. 100% satisfied and would recommend!”
