Hello everybody,
I just learned Matthew Hogue has rented a unit again so in his last review where he said everything was terrible and he didn’t have 24 hour access which you do have at an additional cost as well as having to repair the Glide on the overhead door to place his lock …..he’s back! Why come back after your posted rant? You posted you would never come back!
Well we are glad to accommodate you this month! MUST NOT BEEN AS BAD AS POSTED! Whatever you found incorrect or not functional you could’ve called us and we would’ve rectified your grievance. Instead you posted derogatory information. Which was very unkind but you’re more than welcome to stay.😊😊

Expensive, had to fix my own door latch that was so bent it couldn't latch and someone changed the gate code so I couldn't get in and get my tools for a job. Never renting a unit sight unseen again.
I feel since I pay for 24/7 access, I'm entitled to a refund since I wasn't given 24/7 access. Hoping I can get the new gate code so I can get my things and just keep everything in my shed again where I can grab it when I need it. Absolute rip off, if they manage to even screw that up, what CAN they do right?

Helped one of my sons friends take his stuff to storage. The area was clean and neat, however it was set up super tight for a truck towing a trailer to get in, unload and get out.

I did everything online pay for it brought my own lock put my stuff in just pay monthly online it's been great they're very attentive and there's cameras

My daughter wasn't in this storage a whole month when the lock was broken and everything of value was stolen!!! Do not use this place!!! The owner won't even return her calls!!!
