Giant Eagle always has what you need... But I don't see any reason why the prices are higher then anywhere else other then to keep the poor folks out the store. Bakery though is magnificent for this area... Especially if you like Fresh Bread. Produce looks good but same as anywhere else here on east coast... Not great. Deals on Soda if your into that kind of drink. The Pharmacy at Giant Eagle is top notch for what it is. There should be a limit on how much you can charge for food... Someone paying 15$ a pound for New York strip... The marbling is not even as nice as the pre packaged at Aldi... Doesn't make sense to grocery shop here. Just get what's on sale and leave.

Been testing all stores and restaurants and businesses in new castle buttler ave giant eagle failed gave all 4 people that applied a reason of there are more competitive people that want the position two of the people in the group of 4 need a job desperately and are gonna loose there home and child if they can't find a job but why the reason there are more competitive people for this position so after determining u have been terminated from the application thats not valid when all 4 people are persitant and have all job skills and experience this location buttler ave has been posted on the list and group on FB for being of poor quality and social skills and management two years ago a 16 year old was hired through this test they over worked them past the legal limit of hrs by law and made them work over time the schedule and hrs over are on the link in fb group don't let any one under 18 work here there not fair and don't follow laws of minors working

I shop using the flash food app, they post food that is getting close to the sell by date.
They sell the stuff at 1/2 price it keeps food that is still usable out of the landfill. I buy what I will use and freeze it.

We get the "Flash Foods" it is the stuff that may be getting close to the sell by date.
They usually sell it at a ot 1/2 price so we buy what we'll use and take it home and freeze it. saves money and keeps the food out of the landfills. Download the app and see what they have to offer.
