They took great care of us in a pinch, when a competing company would not. Saved our family vacation by finding us a minivan on short notice. If ever we need another rental, Hertz will be our go-to! Thank you!

DO NOT USE THEM...IT WILL BE A NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE!!!They got my wife to sign up for extra insurance that she didn't need and didn't know it was costing her extra for on an insurance claim...very deceptive practice...and then when I found out days later what they had done...wouldn't return my money...don't use them unless you want ripped off!...adding to my review....this experience has been a nightmare...almost 1 week later they charged my account for the whole amount that the insurance company is to pay for..and just hoping they give me my money back in time to make the car payment...you couldn't pay me enough money to use hertz rental car company again!!!! IN THE END THEY CHARGED US DOUBLE WHAT WAS AGREED TOO!!!!... NEVER USE THEM YOU WONT BE HAPPY!!! BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE

Pickup was easy and quicker than I expected, I rented a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fee. It was comfortable to drive and rode great, also had enough room for my needs. Drop off was even better than pickup

Hertz wants 500 dollar deposit if you use a debit card AND a soft credit check. Didnt say any of this until my card was in the machine. Be careful with Hertz

I called a different car rental place and I couldn’t deal with them because they had too many of the requirements that I didn’t have so I called Hertz Rent-A-Car. They didn’t have any problems with me. I didn’t have any problems with them Megan, the girl that waited on me Was very helpful easy to talk to and I highly recommend Hertz Rent-A-Car in Newcastle Pennsylvania and if I ever need their services again, I will be calling them as long as they don’t change their requirements I’ll be calling them

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Brock was very helpful and patient. I needed to rent a car for myself and my daughter last minute and he found exactly what we needed. He made the process completely stress free. I appreciate all the help! I’m glad I decided to get the insurance! The car got scratched and it was completely hassle free. One of the best experiences I have had when renting a car.
