A scammer got into my checking account. He put through a bad check. Without telling me there was a problem they cut off my online account closed my checking account. When I tried to get my social security check they lied and said they sent it back. It's been over a year since they closed it. I did not have a negative balance yet they have my account 274.00 negative iny credit record. No clue why. Had accounts there for years. They treated me very badly.

Dan Whitting was amazing yesterday when our bank account was hacked for over $3,000 dollars he did and amazing job closing out account and getting us a new one.

Terrible customer service! After a litany of phone prompts I was put on hold by customer service and they never got back to me. This happens wether you call the main office in Akron or their branches. New Castle in particular.
