I opened a ticket with Rick to have a new employee set up that started today, normally I try to get this done a couple days before the employees first day, but I was unable to do this since I was not working Friday when he was hired. I came in on Monday and knew I needed to get a computer set up. Matt was very responsive and set up the new employee and made sure that everything worked that he would need to do his job. Matt and Rick are great to work with, always willing to help me when needed.

These guys are great. I had an unfortunate hard drive failure with important media files, they managed to not only reacquire the drive but also the entire quality of the files for a very fair price. There is no price you can place on this type of service when your professional integrity in the media-based industry is at stake. Nellcom played a pivotal role in maintaining that for me in an unfortunate situation. Thank you!

Once again I had to call on the expertise of Nellcom Technologies whom I have been using for the past 3 1/2 yrs to keep my very old MacBook Pros going. Two months ago my 2009- MacBook pro kept getting a virus warning message from my FireFox browser, I couldn't get onto the web or even onto my desktop, just a lot of wonky behavior. Not knowing the 14 yr old laptop could be saved I made the smart call to Nellcom.After a week Justin, Senior CTO delivered the bad news that the MacBook has a lot of issues because of its age, one being the hard drive was badly damaged, and the OS can't be upgraded anymore. After much brain storming and hoping I could at least get the laptop into next year where I would be in a better position to purchase a newer refurbished mac, Justin said we could put in a newer but used SSD, then reload my OS back onto the Mac. He wasn't sure it would work but he thought it was worth the try. It took another full week and 3 technicians to work hours on this very old Mac which is virtually running on its last megabits. Justin called to explained in detail what was done, ending with the original mirrored OS copied from my old Mac was also damaged, so they had to find a copy of Snow Leopard to download onto the used SSD then upgraded it to El Capitan. It's working just fine now minus any future security updates because its old, they were also able to save my desk top information, photos and word docs which was another plus.Nellcom Techs are trained and certified by Apple to work on all Apple products using Apple genuine parts after your Apple warranty has expired. So if you own an Apple computer/laptop rather than driving all the way to Ross Twp, you seriously need to talk to Nellcom. Their prices are extremely competitive, they are honest, and their customer service/dedication to help their customers will keep you going back. These are techie guys who won't go down without a fight. Thanks: Justin, Brian, & Nick!
