I only give a 3 star for the simple fact that I had not only 1 but 2 impacted wisdom teeth pulled today at this office(as for they were previously given to me as a lead to go to through another dentist office I have been seen at) upon checking my mouth tonight, due to the fact I have been in extreme pain and sleeping on and off today I didn't get a chance to do so up until a few mins prior to me writing this review. I had seen that they infact did crack a partial of the crown on my lower right second molar in the process of extracting my lower right wisdom tooth bechind it, exposing what I come to believe is the pulp of this said tooth. May I mention that I was never even made aware that this had happened during the procedure before being discharged and walked to my husbands car from the nurse on present or even the doctor who had done so. My children were I the car with my husband as well..also upon getting there to sign in they had only handed me a panflit stating post care etc in it prior to waiting for this same exact procedure to begin of which was scheduled for 7am 2/2/24 _Kori Costello

Excellent first time visit for tooth extraction and bone graft. Dr Faigen and his assistant Jenn K were professional, friendly, explained everything and made me feel extremely comfortable. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery.

Had a fantastic experience thanks to Dr. Faigen, Audrianna, and the rest of the staff! They were courteous, reassuring, helpful, and did a great job during each of my recent visits.I had some teeth pulled about a month back and experienced no pain, very minimal bleeding, and zero swelling afterwards. I definitely recommend NPOS should you require any of their services.

I had a terrible experience with this oral surgeon in regards to my daughter. Despite having a referral and x-ray in hand, they scheduled an assessment 8 months out knowing full well she requires a single extraction. If that's how long she has to wait for him to check it I can't imagine the timeline for when they will take any action. Its April. They want to check on her at Christmas. I felt like they had no consideration for her time or comfort. The whole process felt incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out. They simply want the extra money they can squeeze through the appointment instead of taking the word of their professional peers causing prolonged suffering that doesn't need to happen and disguising it as procedure. I would not recommend this oral surgeon to anyone. We need to start giving our time and money to healthcare providers that go above and beyond, and I don't mean scheduling "beyond" the next calender year.

After recently witnessing this companies willingness to compromise what is obviously private information in retaliation to a simple one star review on scheduling I will no longer continue on as a patient. Unbelievable

I was very nervous about getting a tooth pulled due to the fact I have a very very low pain and pressure tolerance. But they made me feel so welcomed as soon as I stepped into the building, everyone was so nice and Dr. Singh was absolutely amazing! He made me feel so much better, he talked me step by step. Highly recommend North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery, he also called me a few hours later and asked me how I was feeling and doing. They were the best!!!

Dr. Roccia is extremely friendly, informative, and professional. He is thoughtful and considerate of all questions and comments, and he truly made me feel at ease from start to finish. He completed my surgery quickly, efficiently, and with the best possible outcome. He even called me himself later in the afternoon just to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone and am so happy that I picked him to perform my surgery. His lead is one that every practitioner should follow.

Dr. Marsh and his team were excellent when I got my wisdom teeth out! From start to finish I always felt well informed and taken care of. I experienced some difficultly after my surgery and they were able to get me in right away to get it checked out. Luckily, it ended up being nothing but I appreciated their prompt scheduling. I will definitely be going back if I ever need to!

The receptionists are not only incompetent but incredibly rude. We called the office WITH THE UPMC CONCIERGE ON THE LINE and were told they take UPMC insurance. Once they were finally able to get us in on a cancelation, they informed us they did not take it. When we went for our appointment, and our credit card was immediately charged $1800 for the appointment, we asked for a receipt and were denied one. Then, when asked about why they said they took our insurance if they indeed did not, they got incredibly rude and denied it, saying no one in the office would tell someone that, despite the fact that 3 of us on speaker phone AND the UPMC concierge all heard the receptionist say they did, or else we'd have gone elsewhere. They then had the UNBELIEVABLE nerve to proceed to LECTURE us, at 7 in the morning, after we'd just paid them $1800 for a service we were told BY THEM was covered by insurance, about how it's our fault because it's our responsibility to research to figure out what insurance they accept. Except that's EXACTLY WHAT WE DID WITH THE UPMC CONCIERGE. They misinformed us then had the UNFATHOMABLE audacity to deny it and argue with us about it, being incredibly rude the entire time. Everyone else there was great, but the front office are rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. Considering those are the people representing your business to the public, I am just flummoxed as to how they're allowed to treat patients this way. If my dad hadn't already been waiting nearly 2 months in agony to get his 5 infected teeth removed, we would have walked out of that office without hesitation. Absolute disrespect and disregard for not only us as patients, but for the accuracy and quality of their work. Incompetence and disrespect have no place in the medical field. Abhorrent. And when we finally did get a receipt, which we had to call for later and have emailed to us, there was a partial payment from our UPMC insurance on it, that they were so adamant they didn't take and would never tell someone otherwise. Embarrassing.

People are very thorough here, I had an impacted canine tooth on the bottom and just got it removed, the lady who got me ready to get the surgery was very nice to I think her name was Jenn or Jen, they played calm music which helped me relax as they sedated me Dr. Faigen was really nice and explained everything, recommend this place to anyone.

I have gone here for years, BUT DR. THUNDER messed my mouth up and a 30 minutes turned into 2 1/2 hours And I have open jaw bone showing along with my procedure not even finished, I also had staff treat me ignorant, I left in tears, and was unsure as to why my procedure was not completed yet alone why I was treated so poorly. I am in continuous pain, and still can not get my dentures until I get this procedure finished, I do not recommend Dr. Thunder
