The manager was described as one of the nicest people with excellent customer service. Customers found the staff, such as Alexandra, to be extremely helpful, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. The store provides an enjoyable experience with a wide variety of toys and treats for pets. Customers who have been loyal to this particular PetSmart location over the years have had positive experiences with the grooming and training services, especially praising Steve the trainer and Angie the groomer. However, some customers have had issues with the quality of small crickets purchased for their bearded dragons.
Been in several and this one seems smaller with less options.

This PetSmart is really nice. The staff is kind and helpful and the fish are of good quality. We always come back for more things.

I take my dog there for grooming services. I always let them know she was rescued from a hoarding situation and they always treat her with care. They also have everything you would need for your pet. Friendly staff, large variety....nice place.
