Bought a 2016 MKX. Great car good deal. Service sucks. A day after I bought it. Found I had a broken lid in my center. Called them they said they would fix it. When I called to see when the part was coming in. They said they never order cause it was 300 dollars. I bought a 20k vehicle. They could of at least called me back.
