“I've been going here for years. Never had a bad experience. They do all they can to make my appointment satisfying. My repairs are on time without a long wait time.”
“The guys that work here always take really good care of me!
I live on my own and I’ve never had a lot of male influence so I don’t know anything about cars or how much these sorts of things should cost…
They never make me feel embarrassed about that what’s more John and John always give me the fairest prices Anyone in the town could offer.”
“The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. We needed a vehicle looked at before we bought it. They were kind enough to look at it short notice and gave us an honest assessment. Recommend this shop!!! Thank you for helping us out!!”
“new Castle Auto repair is fantastic. This is the second vehicle they worked on. The oil change on the second vehicle was done promptly and expertly. Very great service and friendly ndly personnel. Last fall they fixed my fuel system on my truck. Famtastic”
“Service department is TOP NOTCH! Especially with Kelly as their service coordinator. She did an amazing job with scheduling, communication, and follow through. “My rear tire was almost flat after running over a metal piece puncturing my tire. I was promptly asked to pull in my car only to find out the tire was unrepairable. Flynns ordered another tire that was put on that afternoon. I was very happy with the service. All the service personnel are polite and professional.”
