I liked the old sheetz better.... the new sheetz is horrible...service is slow, parking lot is small and less gas pumps than before....as someone who hauls a trailer alot it makes thing difficult trying to get fuel or park to get drinks/lunch

I'd love to know why they tore this entire complex down and built the same thing there.

Ever since they built this new sheets every time we order they forget something and the number isn’t even up to date to beable to call to complain so we have to drive all the way back out just to have the order fixed! This is ridiculous have more customer satisfaction!

Order ahead on the Sheetz app. Showed up a little after the pickup time and still waited in the store for 20 minutes. On top of all of it they even forgot stuff from it. Worst Sheetz I've ever been to.

I was excited about getting a new sheetz remolded/built by my house, but I was sadly disappointed looked a lot larger than old one, but that was just for alcohol and nothing new for others. Went there twice today stood at register for like 5 minutes while cashier wonder around getting drinks probably for an order but acknowledgement really goes along way for real (around 7pm). Went back around 10pm waited forever for drinks. I don't blame the staff management needs spend more time on sales floor training honestly they all seemed pretty new. Btw Sandy is hardest worker I see there I assume my experience was like this cause she wasn't there.
