Dr called in prescription on 01/22/2024. Never heard from pharmacy. Attempted to call them on 01/25/2024 three times. Phone rings forever. No one answers, no voice mail. Went in person to store on 01/25/2024 at 3:30 pm. Pharmacy Technician said they had the prescription and would expedite it. She said it would be 20 minutes. I gave her my cell phone, she said I would be paged when it was ready. I waited an hour. Went back to the pharmacy. They said the reason it wasn't filled was due to a partial refill on 01/13/2024. There was no partial refill, it was a new prescription. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I waited approximately 10 minutes. I was ignored by entire pharmacy staff. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

They lie about hours. Said they were closed at 7 instead of nine. Not helpful at all, would not recommend filling prescriptions here

Since this pharmacy closes for lunch, they will close the pharmacy even if you are standing right there waiting. They rush to lunch. I had,to raise my voice to get waited on. And she looked like she could miss a meal or two.

I have had trouble getting my prescription every single time without fail for almost two years and every time I end up getting it late because of them either not doing their jobs or lack of knowledge. The pharmacists also seem to have an attitude problems.

Zero communication about prescriptions. That place is a joke. Waited all day for a call about my sick childs prescriptions and I ended up having to call in to find out they didn't have it and I could've been calling elsewhere hours ago. They said they were hoping they'd have it in the next day! Gee thanks for making my child suffer due to your laziness.

Not real thrilled with there telephone manners thus far ,just moved back to them area and transferred all my scripts from another walmart but them one for my dog has not been transferred because a default birthdate is used for animals she kept using his real birthday and couldn't find him ,and got upset with me when I called my former walmart pharmacy and called back and told her to put the default number on to find him she yelled now I need to call them back to fax it over and she hung up on me ,then I tried to put in for two refills and the guy with broken english was very impatient with me ,and as I asked about my insurance he just said they are ready you can come get them and hung up .come on ppl I know your busy but im a custermer also !!!!

Been using this pharmacy for a while. I was pretty neutral about it, just a pharmacy. Yesterday I had to pick up a new medication, and had signed up for a discount card which is new to me. The new med didn’t qualify for the discount. The technician, Todd, went above and beyond and spent probably a half hour getting me set up with one that would save me over half the cost of the new medicine.

Always great service. Only problem is the hour they close for lunch with so many out of work you would think they could have someone to at least be able to check out prescription that are ready for pick up.

If I could give them less than 1 start I would the pharmacy chose not to fill my tamiflu he was rude arrogant along with his little elf helpers stay away from this pharmacy
