Dispatch was helpful in recommending local mechanics when the insurance co. Directed us to garages for semis. And they were willing to wait while a state trooper tried to jump us (unsuccessfully). The tow truck driver got right to work and we were back on the road in minutes. No tow necessary. “love my 2014 impreza and plan to have it for many years. but sadly the first spot of rust and had the rocker panels replaced by ron. a fabulous job and will tell anyone to take their vehicles to him. his quote to me was within a few dollars of the eventual bill too and how often does that ever happen ? a flash back of sorts for me as his dad worked on my very first car back in the mid 1970's , my 1972 pontiac lemans . i would say ron is the best place in the area to go to for auto body work !”

“Very nice people. It’s not often that you are able to visit a truck parts and service facility like this one.Right from the beginning I noticed the building to be bright and clean. Most I’ve visited had and diesel spell to it. I know, it’s a truck shop but appearance is a big tell tail sign of how they operate their business.The personnel are also “bright and clean” haha get it? Like their building.On any given day you’ll find the owner’s and or some family floating around and will stop to talk to you.The parts department is one of a kind. If you enjoy good competitive conversation, this is the place to be, oh, they also will get what ever is needed to get your truck back on its way.The service department is incredible, the interesting part is that they are a fleet trucking company of its own. They basically are there to service their own fleet but will work on your truck when possible. Every time I needed work done, they took care of me immediately. Of coarse there was some situations where they had to wait for parts to arrive but was un-avoidable.I highly recommend this business.”
