I have been buying parts from this company for 5 years. I have literally bought an entire fiberglass buggy from the ground up with 60 of the parts coming from there. However, I recently dropped off my front end and engine there to both be rebuilt/modified. I live 5 hours away. I was told 4-6 weeks. 4 months later, almost nothing g had been done, engine was still 100% assembled, they informed me the price would be double the original ballpark (started 3k total, then told me 6k). After 4 months of being lied to, I picked everything up. I will never go there again and am extremely disappointed. They only get 2 stars as they are the only VW parts supplier remotely in my area.

EXPERTLY REPAIRED with flawless professionalism! Thank all of you for fixing my 1967 tilted transmission, the oil leak & everything else you found! My local mechanic excitedly called me today, raving how your work is, "BEAUTIFUL & extremely impressive!" Heck, even the thickness of the mount put a jingle in his voice. He even bragged about the pipe you all cut & had to weld longer! ? I guess he opened it up to look!?? I took the pretty red girl out to her first event over the weekend; Cops, Cars & coffee. We turned a ton of heads, generated smiles & stories. Even Corvette gents gave us the "Nod of Approval".

Have had my RV inspected here for years. Honorable, reasonable and punctual service is hard to come by and Acme delivers. Will keep coming back.

Great place to go for air-cooled VW parts. A lot of parts in stock (including aftermarket modifications), and always a ton of knowledge that they're more than happy to share. A real breath of fresh air after some poor experiences buying parts online from the west coast.
