Beds are comfy. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place for a affordable night of sleep and rest. Love that they have premium movie channels. The pool is beautiful and clean.Rooms: Beds were so comfy that I had no problems falling asleep like I usually do when I stay away from home.Nearby activities: Great place to stay if going to Hershey Park, Farm show complex in Harrisburg, Carlisle Car Show and events, and not far to the York Fair.Safety: I like that your key card is programmed just for you, and if you lose a key and need another, the original key card will not work to open the room. Plenty of surveillance cameras, multiple locks on room door, and staff can be contacted 24/7.Food & drinks: Many restaurants located near the hotel. There's even a grocery store less than 2 miles away.

Very sketchy place. People seem to be living at the hotel across the street where the washer and dryer are located. There is no detergent available at the washroom. The hotel smells strongly of weed and smoke. The people who seem to be living there are sketchy at best. Their belongings are just sitting outside on the sidewalk.

Terrible experience here. Arrived to check in around 8:30pm. The lobby was completely empty and looked closed. Took about 5 minutes for a guy who looked like he’d been sleeping in the back came out to check me in. He was a little rude, and asked me three separate times while doing the paperwork and making the keys if I have pets and if I want to extend my stay, like he heard me but wasn’t paying attention. In the morning there was no breakfast provided, not even the coffee pot had anything in it, and again the lobby was empty and this time no one ever came out. I understand it’s a budget hotel but this was ridiculous.

Rooms are not terrific. Needs more attention and some one to over see that the place is been properly maintained. When you have multiple insects outside your room door before you check in, that tells me that no one is doing an inspection before the guests arrive.

Staff was very understanding and helpful. Housekeeping was prompt and insistent on keeping the room clean. The room itself was exactly what I needed for a great price, with everything you would want for a short or extended stay. Will definitely be back next time i’m in the area.

Have stayed here 3 times. They have truck parking and the staff is very accommodating. I can't say enough about them. Room was very clean and quiet. Will definitely be back when I pass through again!!

Dog friendly and inexpensive. Breakfast had more options and was better than I expected. The room was clean but very worn out. Bed was comfortable though. Only a half hour from Hershey Park so it's a pretty convenient place to crash. Nothing was great but nothing was bad either.

This is a good value during the high summer tourist season near Hershey Park. My room was clean, the breakfast was good and on par with other US hotels. The staff was incredibly sweet, accommodating and gracious. I saw the bad reviews and I don't agree that they should be so disrespectful and demanding of a budget grade hotel. Our stay was very pleasant, and I would recommend it if you are on a budget.

This was a plan B place to stay with the family for our mini vacation but the place exceeded expectation. It was decently clean, with free nice breakfast, and family friendly and oriented. The pool is portable and clean. Only thing to improve is the wifi connection which is a miss or hit. I would recommend.

Was in town for my sister's wedding when we stayed at this gem. First off, our room was gross. I had to clean it when we got there. No mat for tub, tub was black where the map should have been. The bathroom floor was disgusting. Had to disinfect everything before we could bring the kids in there. We asked for extra towels, they didn't give us any. 1 wash cloth and little bitty towels to dry off with. The soap was old, the channel and restaurant directories were old and the floors were disgusting. Our room smelled like mildew and everyone's noses ran the entire time. Their breakfast is a giant joke. Couple of bagels and boxed pastries and this yellow mass that may have been eggs at one time. Old syrup sat on the counter for days, even though they don't offer pancakes or waffles. Was getting food for my kids and my husband and the man at the desk asked me what my room number was. Why??Also, their hallways are not air conditioned.I could have gotten over most of this, but there were exposed cables and an old sock stuck into a hole in the wall to keep them steady, faulty wiring that shocked my husband and 1 overloaded socket behind a desk. Don't stay here. NEVER bring your kids here.

If given the choice of sleeping in my car or sleeping here again I would sleep in my car. The rooms are disgusting to the point that I cleaned it to make sure I could touch anything. The room itself was highly dated. The tv list where at least several years out of date because there were channels that where under new names for several years that still have the old bane on it.The room also had a phone port that did not have a cover and you could see into the wall. I had to cover it with stuff so my toddlers did not touch the exposed wires.Beware driving up to the place the parking lot and drive way are nearly trashed. If you drive to fast you could ruin your tires or hurt your car.

checked into the hotel, hallways smell like smoke, the first room smelled weird and the bedding had not been changed from the previous person; there was hair everywhere, the sheets were extremely wrinkled and had weird stains. had to ask for a new room. sheets and blankets should be changed after EVERY customer; this is common sense, ESPECIALLY in the hotel industry. absolutely disgusted, do not room here.

Stayed their last Saturday night , noticed and complained about the bed bug bites . Than they told me to check another room which looked even worse than the first. This hotel needs a full decontamination. I have bed bug bites all over my body and paying for hospitality, this is the last thing you expect .
