Just wasted an hour of my day for nothing. Isn't it pretty intuitive to put the information/documentation needed to open an account on the website somewhere? Or perhaps on the web pages that provide info on the account benefits? Like there can't be a list of accepted forms of identification to bring with you? I drove 25 minutes to get there, each way, with four kids in the car, to open 4 new youth accounts only to be turned away because original copies of birth certificates and the actual SS numbers aren't enough, they need the actual SS cards as well. I did the research to decide where I would open the four accounts and found nothing on the website about this requirement. It would really help to be on there. My family will definitely be opening our youth accounts elsewhere because I'm not wasting another hour of my time for this.

I've been banking here for years. Always had an excellent experience with loans. Their low interest credit cards are awesome. I've set up my kids here and getting ready to set up other family members. The online services are the best. Very easy to transfer money member to member.

I went in this morning to put money in my bank account, using their ATM. The ATM told me that two of my dollar bills couldn’t be accepted. I had to wait at least five minutes for them to even give me my card back. Now mind you the ATM still has the cash that I deposited which I worked very hard for. Now because of Columbus Day I have to wait till tomorrow to go fight with my actual bank to put money in my account. I suggest everybody stay 1,000,000 miles away from this fraudulent place.

I have been a member probably for 20 years. The staff at the New Cumberland branch have always treated me more like a good friend or family member. When my husband died I was treated with comfort and caring. I received the same compassion when my mother passed away this year. Through all my various issues the employees have always gone above and beyond.

From my personal experience I can tell you that Mrs Rachel wacker is one of the best binary options/forex managers I have met in a while. I had lost over $3000 on the advice of managers who have little to no experience. Today I remain grateful to Mrs Rachel wacker for putting me through during my early days of trials and errors.

Staff went above and beyond to get the paperwork processed for my loan even after having a glitch throw a wrinkle into the process. They even stayed late to get me the check in time. Great customer service by Todd during the process and exceptional work and follow-up by Lori today. We will definitely be moving all of our banking from Members 1st to NCFCU!! I’m so glad I reached out to them.

This is the financial institution to keep your money safe with worry free customer service and communication. I already have a savings account here and wanted to open an account for my little boy's future. Kelly Helsley(Branch Manager )was very helpful and kind during the whole process. The appointment went smoothly and quickly. My Son was present and she made him feel comfortable and helped keep his curious mind busy by providing drawing paper,toy,and even a small piggy bank to teach good saving habits. It is refreshing to see a person who not only wants to handle your hard earned money properly but truly CARE about the bank members and their family. I'm looking to consolidate my other accounts with NCFCU down the road. We left happy members and copies of all important documentation. Thank you Kelly?

Customer service sucks we all know in Customer service things should be explained but they don't here said my account was flag due to non explanation of overdraft protection also the employee became real personal with the situation taking it out of business level closing my account asap

I've been dealing with New Cumberland Federal Credit Union for a long, long time. I've borrowed money here for auto loans, home loans, and home equity loans. I've used them for CDs, checking, and savings. I think the people here are wonderful. I've always been treated well and have recommended them to family and friends.
