The ederly lady would not let me use the bathroom when they opened. I was gonna actually talk about opening an account but the fact she was so rude and not letting someone use the bathroom is ridiculous. You will never keep customers treating people like that before even saying hello. Terrible bank. Terrible customer service!

I opened an account and savings along with a safety deposit box. I have never had an issue. Everyone has been very helpful!

By far the WORST customer service. If your account hits 0 they just shut your account down without warning. No call, email, or letter was sent. When you call to get it figured out they don't have the time for you. Definitely don't recommend anyone to open an account with those people. Very disrespectful.

I am 65 yrs old and a business owner in New Cumberland. Integrity is the best bank I have ever been a member of. I have only dealt with the New Cumberland branch on a personal level. All of the emplyees are very friendly, everyone is on a first name basis and they are always in a good mood and so easy to talk with. My debit card was recently 'compromised', modern term for some fool stole my card info, and numerous charges were on my account. These folks were so helpful and took so much time tracking down all info regarding this misadventure. All my funds were returned to me which I know is standard procedure but they were informative and pleasant. Today I reviewed my account online and saw the big computer in the sky was charging me for a new debit card. I emailed the corporate office rather than bother my friends at the branch. Within 2 hours the corporate office returned my email with an apology and refund. Cookies and wonderful fresh coffee always there for your pleasure. ENJOY
