They updated me weekly as my parts , repairs etc.were made, when I got my car back they explained everything in detail to me and I must say the car looks so good, I was honestly impressed. The services I have needed to date have been general maintenance (oil, filter, tire rotations) Inspections, Brakes, Alternator and engine work. Even had 2 sets of tires purchased for far less than the dealers/big box stores. They treat you like family when you are there, love them and their work. Never let me down and I doubt they ever will. “I had 2 vehicles that needed towed locally and this was done at a very reasonable price. When the driver was pulling into my driveway to tow my 2nd car, he accidentally struck my mailbox with the tow truck and destroyed the wooden post it was attached to. The driver apologized profusely, and the owner said he would fix it right away. That very same day, a gentleman arrived with a new mailbox post and fixed it in less than an hour. Now, that is what I call customer service!”

“About a week ago, I had a motorcycle accident. Dingman's was the tow company called by PA State Police. When the driver arrived, he was very friendly and compassionate, asking if I was Ok. He explained all my options and I decided to have my bike towed to their yard. During the drive we were able to have a conversation, and again I found him to be friendly yet professional. Once we arrived at the yard, he again checked to make sure I was ok. They worked well with my insurance company and all was taken care of. The thing that most impressed me was the fact they took the time to recover two "gremlin bells" from my bike and send them to me. I can't thank them enough for that.
