Dingman's Towing and Recovery LLC

Auto Repair, Towing
Hours: Dingman's Towing and Recovery LLC is a reliable towing company that provides a range of services, including car, motorcycle, and special vehicle towing. Customers have praised their ability to get the job done efficiently, with drivers who are friendly, professional, and experienced. One customer shared that the driver had been doing the job for years and handled the vehicle with care. Another appreciated the company's quick response when their car wouldn't start, with the vehicle being on its way to the repair shop within 30 minutes of the call, all at a reasonable price. The company also demonstrated compassion and professionalism during a motorcycle tow, especially by taking the time to recover personal items like "gremlin bells" from the bike and sending them back. Customers feel confident in their services, knowing they can trust the team to handle their vehicles carefully and communicate clearly. However, some concerns were raised about billing practices. One customer experienced a price increase mid-job due to "extra labor" after initially being quoted a fair price. The customer felt the additional charges were unfair and expressed dissatisfaction with how the company handled the situation, feeling it was a hustle. Despite this, they paid the final bill but decided not to use the service again because they did not appreciate being taken advantage of. Overall, Dingman's Towing and Recovery LLC is highly recommended by many for their quick response, professionalism, and helpful attitude, especially in urgent situations.
