No hate, nothing against anyone BUT here's very honest opinion from bad experience with them.I'm glad I went out before I got trapped by purchasing vehicle from them and deal even more with their poor performance disgusting attitude, the lady works their she was so ugly, I couldn't feel comfortable checking out the cars, she was above everyone shoulder and kept talking herself outloud saying I don't own the cars, well Obviously I don't !! I was gonna buy 2015 jeep from them I literally came with money in my pocket and I'm glad I didn't.But who ever sees this comment, Do yourself a favor please do Not go there because you will regret it.Sincerely

Contacted the dealership about a truck they just posted online. Was the first person in line to look at it, was told the owner would contact me and they never did. I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership so I couldn’t go in person. I happened to be in the area a few days later traveling through for work and stopped at the lot in persons and they told me they sold it out from under me and had no intentions of even returning my call. I was very impressed with their pricing and quality of vehicles. Just very upsetting with the communication and lack of trust and backbone. I guess a man’s word means nothing anymore. Let me make it clear. I’m not upset about not being able to see the truck when I was in the area. I am more upset about the fact that I was the first one that inquired about the truck, or so at least I was told I was. I was the first one to inquire about it and never even was given the chance to look at it and was told they had committed it to someone else. That is upsetting.

If you’re looking for a quality car at an affordable price Trades is the place to go! No hassle whatsoever, I would recommend anyone to check them out. You won’t be disappointed. The staff is highly experienced and very friendly. They never hesitated to take care of me and made me feel confident in my purchase. 10/10!

Trades is the best! Jimmy and SueEllen are amazing and made the process really smooth. They go above and beyond for their customers and tried to help as much as possible. Great service and they really know their stuff. I had an easy experience purchasing my 2013 Acura RDX from them, which was the exact car I wanted in tiptop shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this dealership and I felt confident that if a problem arose Jimmy would be right there to help as he always has been. This was not my first purchase from Trades Cars and Trucks and it will certainly not be my last. Thanks so much for the positive experience!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TRADES!!!!! Bought a 2014 Escape in April. Less than a week later it was in the shop and had to have the transfer case replaced. Garage said that there were 12 codes that were recently cleared out. Hhhmmmmm........A few days after getting it back it was it was right back in again for a transmission over heating error. After several other issues it is September now. Finally got the car back earlier today after the transmission had to be replaced and it is now 4am and I am waiting for roadside assistance so it can get towed back to the garage. So much for my daughter having a car for college. Just keep driving past Jimmy the Crook and his junk lot.

Don't recommend! Engine light came on during test drive. Should've walked away then! They fixed it, aka, cleared it out with code reader. They had 2 small things to do to it, then the bigger pain. But it was done in a day? Hmm. Couple days after we get it back, light comes on again. Almost every other day. They knew it had a problem and it wouldn't be covered under the warranty. Getting ahold of Jimmy is a joke. He tried selling us on some B.s. My hubby, has a good mechanical background, set him straight. Gave car back to Jimmy, for his guy to fix it (in Palmyra I believe) on a Thur or Fri. Says once fixed, he'll have to drive it for a few miles. Which we already knew, Palmyra back over to New Cumberland...one would assume...right? Nope... 175 miles later!!! If the problem( I forget what part it was, and car isn't here right now for me to check receipt) was still there, it would've showed up before then!! And you guessed it, that mileage counts towards the warranty! Someone got to joyride in it all weekend! Hubby drives 60+ miles/day, this didn't help us keeping under mileage. When we looked at the car, no pin stripe, which I preferred. Night to finalize paperwork and pickup the car, Jimmy says "oh btw I added this pin stripe to the car." Thanks for asking us! Maybe it was suppose to hide the engine light or the ceiling liner that wasn't hanging when we looked at it originally."Oh, the back tire doesn't hold air long, may want to get new ones."Well, he was right, held air for half a day. Another, they knew it moment! Had another person with us, she is definitely not buying from here! You've been warned. We believe only reason he was willing to fix the car, was bc my husband stayed on him & his mechanic smarts, and we paid cash! It's a shame, bc I've been watching their lot for years! They knew the tire needed replaced. Just $50 tire from Walmart would've been ok! They knew what the engine light was about! Too much $$$ for them to fix. Oh well, pass it along to the new owners...right?!**To their reply: What does it matter when I left my review, my mileage, or warranty expired or not? It's my car to drive. Nice to see that you are checking up on me. It was our experience with you, no matter what date or mileage! Never said it wasn't a good deal. So, a good deal means we should expect problems from the cars you offer, lol. If we had another problem, it wasn't going back to you or your expert to fix... warranty or not!!

I bought a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland here in 2015. The miles were high but the price was fair. It needed new rear window struts (to hold the glass up) and the owner actually ordered them and called me when he got them in and installed them for me. Which is very good customer service after the sale. (And no it wasn’t written down as part of the agreement either) He gave me his word and followed through.I did ended up blowing the motor a year later but that was my fault. I beat the heck out of that thing. The vehicle would’ve run for a lot longer had I treated it better.Anyway, I had a good experience here.
