Everyone from Dipaola Quality Climate Control is great from start to finish!! I had 5 mini splits installed in my home and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience!! Joe started my positive experience from the very beginning and always responds quickly to any questions I have.. both Joe and Anthony gave me great suggestions and added a personal touch when making final decisions. The entire crew (Nathan, Leo, Donnie, and Tyler) did awesome job with the installation process!! Kudos to ALL!! Thanks to everyone!!

I was standing next to my sister, while Josh the employee Dipsola quality climate control was told everything that needed done to fix the gas leak so the heat can be turned on. My sister paid cash 1,250 plus tip totaling 1,400...my sister is a single mother it was from before Thanksgiving she had no heat until after Christmas when she had to call a legitimate heating and cooling agency...she had to buy space heaters...she has called several times to get a refund and no one would contact her...her kids couldn't even stay in their own house..the secretary laughed at my sister and swore the owner would return her call..she had to call another company to fix the gas leak and fix what Dipsola lied and said they fixed..she had to call a legitimate company to fix what was actually wrong...it's a shame how people can take advantage of a single mother during the holidays... she's out another 1,950..all she wants is her refund...and avoid court....

Rip off artists!!! They quoted me on 3 gas related issues $1250.00. The employee (Josh) was in my home, looked at what the gas company said needed done, and said he understood. Well he lied. I even tipped him and the other guy $150.00 bucks, because I believed they did the work. The owner finally called me and said he would send his "master" plumber out to rectify the situation. Ya, he didn't even know how to find the leaking pipe. I am a single mother, and because of this deceitful company I was without heat and a stove for almost 2 months. I had to buy space heaters so my pipes wouldn't freeze. I spent the holidays in misery. I asked for my money back and have called a million times. The secretary is rude, condescending, and found the whole situation a joke. The owner, whom I eve reached out to on his cell phone, has completly ignored me. I had to come up wit$1950.00 more to have the actual job done and the pieces of tape Dipaola put up, and charged $1400.00 for removed, and the work done right. These are not honest people and I would not refer them to drop a pipe off at my home, let alone know what to do with it. They are master rip off artist's. I have gotten an attorney involved now and am sending out my intent to sue letter. All I wanted was my $1400.00 back. That's a lot of money for me. Now when it's all said and done it's going to be a lot more then 1400... Shame on all of you and I hope you had great holidays because you ruined ours. Thanks!

Our technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and very informative. Explained what we needed to know and answered all questions. He was very polite and professional. We would recommend the company to anyone who asks for a referral.

I'm Rick and posting this through my wife's account. We've had Agway as our energy supplier for many years now and when we have a breakdown of our heating or cooling, Agway enlists Dipaola as their go to service to get our rather old furnace and air system up and running again, and they have never failed us yet, not once! Their service team is as good as you'll find anywhere, and Cory, a young man who has done the majority of our repairs, is outstanding at what he does. Years ago we used to have HVAC come for breakdowns and a lot of times they would just throw new parts at it until something worked. Not a good practice. With Dipaola our problems have always been diagnosed correctly the FIRST time, every time, and that's the mark of professionalism. I want to commend all who work there for their dedication and high degree of knowledge in the work that they do. Please know that your efforts and work ethics do not go unnoticed nor are they unappreciated. A special shoutout to another fine attribute to your company, and that would be Melissa. Melissa is the one that handles the customer calls, the questions, the problems of every day, day in and day out, and does an exceptional job at it. She knows what she's doing and does her job with a genuine respect for others and a friendly demeanor. For anyone that's been looking for the very best in heating, cooling and plumbing, take it from me, a 72 yr old retired welder, fabricator, mechanic, troubleshooter, etc., who worked in demanding industries that required work to be done on time and done right, the first time. Dipaola checks all the boxes and, in my opinion, you won't find anyone better at this work than they are! They are the real deal!

Our AC went out in the midst of 90 degree weather and likely the busiest time of the year. We were having trouble getting the job done quick through a different company but contacted Dipaola and our AC was assessed and replaced in less than a week. I have nothing but great things to say about the service we received.
