The workers never answer the phone. I want to know if they still serve Skipper's Fish. This frustrates me that I can't reach them by phone to find out.

Last several visits have been disappointing. The chicken was not crunchy and had almost no seasoning. The people working in the store are mostly interested in the sketchy friends standing around and not the customers. The owners never seem to be around anymore and I think they need to be. I don’t mind paying more for a quality product but now this chicken isn’t any better than grocery store chicken.

My sister was there at 2:30 in the afternoon today June 2,2022 . She wanted 5 chicken breasts and they only had 3 . The guy said it would take a half-hour and my sister said she would wait, the guy came back after discussing with the girl and said they wouldn't be able to get it ready for her because the chicken was frozen and said he could substitute some chicken strips for the other breasts. It was assumed by my sister that they didn't want to make any more, that maybe their shift was ending soon, or that they were just to lazy or rude. We will not be going back any time soon!

Several times I have gone to Florence crispy chicken this last time is the final straw for me. I asked for a 8 piece chicken at 3:00 in the afternoon and the manager told me they were busy cooking breakfast and I'm more than welcome to buy these four single chicken strips. Not a time limit as to when they could do it considering they supposed to serve chicken until 4:30 or 5:00 and then I asked for maybe some macaroni then and again he said no what I have out is all I'm doing today and this is the third time that this particular manager is spoken to me this way I will never step foot and there again The chicken's amazing if you want crispy chicken go to a different town Cornelius Oregon they know how to do it

I stopped by for lunch and asked for a thigh and a side of jambalaya. The worker behind the counter said that they were out of jambalaya. I asked for another side, mash potatoes. She stated that they were out of that, too. I then requested the $4 special, three pieces of chicken and a biscuit. She stated that she only had breasts ready, that she was “ catching up.” Mind you, it was after noon, and they were not prepared, or anticipated the lunchtime rush. I requested four chicken strips. She rang up the order and demanded more than $6 for the strips. I refused. She did charge 50 cents for the cup of water. How aggravating!

We were surprised at how good the chicken is. Moist and crunchy with just a touch of heat. The red beans and rice was good, but the server filled the container with rice first, then a bit of red beans on top. That process should be reversed. It appears the owner has lost some folks, so it's being manned by newbies that struggle to work the system. The owner should step in and get the new folks trained right. We'll still be back, but it will be a shame if they don't make it due to lack of attention.

This place is not a restuarant, it is a quick stop kind of place with a little warming tray of assorted chicken. And good luck finding it becasue the sign that they have is from the old BBQ place that use to be there. But I did check it out when they first opened, they had chicken tenders fro $1 each but I had just had chicken so I was going to go in a week or two to try the chicken. When I went back the chicken was now $2 for a little chicken tender so I went to Safeway and got some reasonably priced chicken.

Just putting some information out there for people about Krispy krunch. It's NOT a restaurant, there's no place to sit down and eat. All items are to go. They have a hot box where they sell Krispy krunchy chicken and sides. Store hours are 6- 11 Kitchen hours vary depending on time of year and day of week!

We live in Florence and have been wondering why the parking lot here is always empty, even at lunch time, when every other fast-food place is packed. Well, yesterday I got brave and went in. First off, it was a surprise to see that it looked for all the world like the inside of a gas station mini-mart with all the drink cases, rows of shelves or snacks, and then on one end was the Krispy Krunchy Chicken counter. I was the only customer in the place. I thought maybe a chicken sandwich would be a safe choice. The not-so-friendly cashier guy grabbed a bag out of a heated glass case and placed it on the counter, I paid my $3.50 and walked out to my car. Then I opened the bag and tried to slide out the sandwich. My fingers just oozed into what was left of the grease-soaked bun that had completely turned to mush. Gross. I turned it over to see if I could actually slide it out upside down. It worked! I peeled the top of the bun off of the "chicken patty" or whatever they call it, and the top was also soaked in grease. The chicken-like substance was breaded and all the breading was transparent with grease. Maybe they made this thing yesterday? I took it back in an put it, open, on the counter and asked the guy if he really expected people to eat something like this. He just said he'd make me another one and I declined. Then he said they don't do refunds, only replacements. When I didn't accept this, he said I'd have to wait for the assistant manager who was outside having a smoke. After a minute or so she came in and confirmed that they don't do refunds but I could talk to the manager who was out and would be back in "a while." So I just told them to forget it, but suggested they leave the mess on the counter to show off their offerings to customers, should one happen to come by some time. This is, hands down, the very worst experience I have ever had in any place that claims to sell food.

Stopped in several times the first month they were open. A little pricey for quick chicken but tastey all the same. Went back last month to get a couple breakfast items and arrived just before they were ready. While waiting noticed the awful state of the glass hot box they keep the food in. there were old crumbs etc in the corners. Looks like there was a build up of food crumbs pushed into these eaasy to access corners. Thought they may be in the process of cleaning it. Wasnt the case. When the worker noticed me she asked what I was looking for I said just looking for some breakfast. She brought up three trays of food and put it right in the nasty box. I grabbed some hostess doughnuts and havent been back.
