This is one of the good Rutters. Cashiers are amazing and friendly. Food always comes out right. One time I ordered something they were out of, and I wish i remembered the employees names because they were first of all very apologetic and offered a refund and one of them went in the back to search and ended up finding one left!! So I wouldn’t have gotten my food if these employees didn’t go above and beyond. Also always clean and stocked.

Price of gas in New Freedom is atrocious, $3.40 a gal. Paid $2.50 this morning in VA... Argghh! Besides that great spot.

I was Visiting Rutters and with no warning from some employee about the last call to buy adult beverages, he just walked up in front of us and cut it off. He did not tell us the time we had to pick. Horrible customer service! Walked away right after too! Did not purchase from them and don’t to.

"Why Go Anywhere Else?" Because the gas prices have not gone down with those elsewhere in the nation. Compared to MD, for example, Rutters' gas has historically been about 40-50 cents more due to PA gas taxes; but now, it's about 80 cents more. So there's some gouching going on here . . .
