We’ve always loved how this business pours into the community with events, special offerings, and outstanding customer service. Yesterday we had a chance to enjoy the ninja courses & batting cages. So fun! It’s great that this venue is conveniently located & keeps growing!

We have been here twice. First time was to bring my son. Second time was to bring my the soccer team for an end of year party. They are all 7y/o. Everyone had a blast for the entire two hours. The staff of excellent. It may seem a bit pricy, however I feel that for as much as there is to do here it is priced appropriately. It even smells clean when you enter. Many similar places we have been to tend to smell like feet. Even the bathroom is clean and inviting. There is a nice elevated lounge for parents. We did not pick a party package, just came as a group for two hours of open play. All the kids slept well that night.

Clean and well ran! Staff is friendly and eager to help. We had our one daughters second birthday here and it went smooth and the kids had a blast. We recently had our other daughters second birthday at a different business in York and it made us realize it was a huge mistake not going back to titanium. We’ll be going here often even though it’s 30 minutes from our home.

Awesome place! My daughter and I had a blast during a Thursday afternoon open play. LOTS of things to keep her busy and moving. The climbing tower was a big hit with every kid there. The ninja course is definitely challenging but fun. (My daughter says her top 3 : 1-climbing tower 2-ninja course 3-the wall.) Upstairs there is a lounge that overlooks the entire lower floor. Free lockers to store your things. VERY CLEAN facility (bathrooms too). It was easy to locate from the road.

So much fun for a young boy with alot of energy. My son wants to go every weekend, but unfortunately the price went up and we can no longer go as often with three children costing $54 per visit.

Thank you for offering a CLEAN, SAFE, FUN open play space for my very energetic 4 year old son! We visited for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed that your facility was SPOTLESS! I avoid public restrooms at all costs, but with a 4 year old, that’s not always possible. My germaphobe self thanks you for a ZERO anxiety play and potty experience! ???❤️

We called ahead to see if they would honor a previously purchased gift certificate that had expired that we couldn't use in time due to covid. They said we could use it over the phone. When we got there with our 4 year old daughter we were told they would not accept it after we made the 30 minute ride there. The manager made no effort to alleviate the problem. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend this place.
