Past visit to Vet Clinic was first class. This time on March 27, 2025 was terrible. They created a new online pre-registration system that is not user friendly—creating anxiety among a lot of 50+ age clients. Greeter was not helpful or welcoming—ordered us to leave the area and wait for a text—no estimate of wait time. Very unwelcoming experience. Disappointing as the concept of the Vet Clinic is good. Somebody with no customer service experience made it a bad experience.
To make matters worse, there is no feedback as to wait time or status. Text was supposedly sent at 4:23 but not recd till 4:51. When we asked the Greeter she said”We sent you a text-do you still want the service?”
VIP Pet asked me to call their customer service line. I called and sat on hold for five minutes.
One must conclude: VIP Pet pricing and competent vets are good. Their management is disrespectful of customers’s time. So a bargain vet vacillation operation with deplorable customer service. It is a disease of many businesses today-in order to make high profit with low price, they choose to run the operation in a way that disrespects the customer.

WOW. JUST WOW. I was lookin for a new companion (and some food for my dog) and tractor supply had just what I needed. My own little ducky. 🦆🐥🐣 They were so darn tootin cute and I can’t wait for little Geraldine Gooslin to enjoy her life on the farm. The staff were so nice and kind. And the place was clean as a jelly bean. I will most definitely be back to get my little suga a few new friends. Thank you Tractor Supply.

Their 0% financing is a SCAM!
813 Credit Score and I was DECLINED for a $2000.00 trailer. They surely did not look at my financial status when they made their poor decision. I highly doubt they were in the United States.
Store Employees were great.

Seeing that I am not able to respond to the reply from "the owner" below I am adding this to my original post...
The so called Rep from Citi Bank would not give me a reason why. EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THEM ALL OF MY INFO... They said they will mail it to me.
Of course it will arrive AFTER the promotional period.
Someone from Tractor Supply should look at CitiBank's Better Business Bureau's complaints!!

Great store for dog food. They carry a good bit of the Purina Pro Plan line including sensitive skin and stomach. You can also bring your well behaved dog. They also have DIY dog washing stations.

I don’t have any issues with the store itself or the employees who seem nice enough, I am just frustrated that the pet clinic only seems to be open about half the time that they are supposed to be. This is the second time I’ve gone in to get my dog shots and they’ve been closed. I wish they would communicate on their website when the clinic is closed, or just get their act together with their vets. It’s frustrating to get a babysitter for my kids, get my dog who hates car rides packed up and into the store to find out it’s closed. It sounds like the vets that are scheduled to come in just call out a lot. I guess now I will call before going in to make sure they are open.

My family and I went to this location today to purchase some bird feed as well as some things for our puppy. i believe the employee I would like to recognize is named McKenna. Recently, we had a family tragedy and have been in the dumps. even though McKenna didn’t know this, she treated us with the utmost kindness and a big smile. I hope she sees this review and realizes how much a little kindness meant to us. thank you❤️
