“We had a great experience. We are closer to the Hanover location however they weren’t able to repair our truck due to the material it was. They were able to send it to their New Holland location (no extra cost) for the repairs we needed. They updated us via text about the progress and kept us informed. “Just over a year ago I made the four hour drive with a friend from Richmond, VA to New Holland to Martin's to buy a truck I had only seen online and via pictures and video messages their salesman sent me. “Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from my first phone call to pulling it off of the lot. I called in to check availability and Brian Gray picked up my call. Brian is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and acted more like advisor than a pushy stereotypical salesman. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with were professional and friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. I have no doubt that if I called with a question and Brian wasn’t available, whomever I would speak with would address my questions and not just take a message.
Matej in the Finance Department was great as well. He found me an aggressive rate for a pre owned car and did a great job presenting options to protect it for years to come. Very thorough, friendly l, and efficient.
The detail department also did a great job preparing the vehicle. For a six year old car, it looks brand new both inside and out.

“Awesome experience! The engine locked up in my CAT 277B. Every local shop I called was booked for weeks out and still expensive. Most wanted to just build the block. Emerald was the best price I found and I got a load-tested ready to run engine, not just an assembled block. My mechanic and I were able to pull the old and install the new engine in about 7 hrs, including 30 min for lunch. Best of all, the new engine comes with a turbo, and it turned out that’s why my old one locked up. Had I bought an assembled block I’d have then been down longer waiting on a turbo. Once we had the old motor on the pallet Emerald arranged return shipping. Everything about working with Emerald was awesome! I highly recommend them!”
“Friendly, knowledgable and very helpful! They were quick getting them installed as well. They checked my vehicle over and let me know a few things I didn’t know. I got a great deal on tires that was $170 less than Mavis so called “discount tire.” If you need tires, check out CJ’s before you buy elsewhere. These tires are comparable and with the same mileage as others I priced around. I’ll be a return customer that is for sure!”
