I just wanted to thank Enterprise for having such kind and excellent representatives..who truly did go FAR above and beyond ..answering all my questions and accommodating me through some hesitations & challenges I had, concerning timing of rental during family emergency & my pressing need to travel through bad weather. Staff was just so very kind, assuring...knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and beyond professional. Truly one of THE very best car rental experiences I have ever had. I was truly amazed with the level of care.. In addition, the car was of excellent quality and condition which made for a very smooth ride during a stressful time...and for a VERY affordable price might I add ! Thank you very much...You truly helped me and my family connect at a time very much needed...God bless ?

I had a very good experience at the New Holland Enterprise office. Staff was always kind and helpful & I loved the car I rented. I will definitely rent from here again!

Been leasing from Enterprise since the 60s. This place USE to be GOOD. NOT ANYMORE.CALLED TO EXTEND MY RENTAL FROM THE OTHER ENTERPRISE IN Thorndale ,Pa. Since they Could NEVER get anything smaller.S.U.Vs. Large vans, etc.Finally got on in Thorndale,Pa. Called New Holland to extend my lease. They said toCall the Thorndale store. They said the guy at New Holland COULD HAVE DONE THAT ! NEVER LEASE FROM ALEKSANDER RYAN. HE'S AN IDIOT. GO SEE RACHEL ORRICO AT THORNDALE, PA. BRAINS, BEAUTY AND THE ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER. EVERONE IS NICE HERE.

I had to make my reservation over the phone since my computer was giving me trouble. I got connected to a call center. The person taking the reservation got a few things wrong - his English was less than desirable. I did not ask for a full size car and that is what he booked for me. He spelled things wrong and was hard to understand. When I called back, I did not get the call center but a location in PA. I was then told I could make any changes online and that they could not make changes but could only make notations to my rez. So I tried to do this and the computer told me modifications were 'unavailable'. So in frustration I simply cancelled the rez. Next day I went to the website and the prices for all the rentals had gone up considerably overnight. Really people !! Hey, money does not grow on trees. Maybe they (Enterprise) figured I would rebook and not care about price. No, we 're not desperate - I will drive instead & forget about a rental car. Customer service was not very helpful. Everybody I spoke to was rushing to get me off the phone. Very bad customer service so no sale for Enterprise and maybe never again.

The Enterprise rental car staff at New Holland Ford went above and beyond as they picked up my colleague and I on the day of our scheduled pickup. That same staff then also gave me a ride back to my place of work on the day I returned teh car. All Enterprise staff at that location were very professional and efficient while providing top notch service! Thank you!

We rent from New Holland Enterprise several times a year since our cars have high mileage and We visit my daughter in college which is quite a distance. When we rented this weekend I arrived to pick up our car. My husband had booked online and didn’t understand why the computer wouldn’t t let him rent through Sunday since they are closed on Sundays and we have to pay for that day regardless. The computer only allowed him to reserve through Monday. I asked the customer service person to please take off the rental through Monday since we truly only needed the car Friday night to Saturday. I was told that the new policy is you will be charged regardless for Monday since they are closed Sunday and that it is a new policy!!!! I was so angry. I am paying over $300 for a 4-day rental when I only need it 1.5 days!! This feels very deceptive because nothing on the site states this policy. We will NOT rent from here again ever. It doubled our anticipated cost and I was told there is nothing that can be done. To be fair, the customer service person was kind and moved quickly and it has always been easy to rent from here but they just lost a customer. Making people rent through Monday is outrageous when they make you ready have to pay for Sunday because they are closed. This is a money grab. Really frustrating. Thinking about writing to corporate.

Not easy time for renting cars but had great customer experience. I'm glad I was able to work with Faith, I would recommend her to anyone.
